In my third year of collaboration with Shaarei Bina School, we focused on highlighting the school’s distinctive approach to student freedom and education. This year’s project was driven by an even stronger commitment to showcasing the unique aspects of the school’s educational philosophy.
Collaborating with PR writer Karen Dennis, we embarked on a comprehensive, weeks-long filming journey. The result is a powerful promotional video designed to capture the essence of Shaarei Bina School and its impact on the community.

Shaarei Bina is a girls’ high school here in South Florida. They reached out about doing some content, and I have since shot a range of videos for them: pieces for their dinners and for their open houses.
The work is filming the teachers and the students in their own environment rather than staging anything. That is the only way it reads as true to a family deciding where to send their daughter.
It is another school where the level of what is on offer struck me. The girls are learning great things and have real opportunities in front of them, and it was an honor to work on these projects. The videos did what they were meant to do: they have been used to bring in new students and to support fundraising, and they performed well on both counts.
Three years of working with the same school also means the footage builds. Each round adds to what came before rather than replacing it.
