It started with a secret

I had met them before the wedding. Dor came to me with two requests and one secret: he wanted a couple session with Bex at Vizcaya, and he wanted to propose in the middle of it. She could not know about either half.

That meant building a session that looked, from her side, like an ordinary photo shoot, while staying ready to catch a proposal with zero warning and no do-overs. I arrived early and hid. When she walked up I came out with cameras already rolling. There is no second take on a moment like that — no direction, no reset, nobody asking anyone to do it again. You either have it, or you spend the rest of your life explaining that you do not.

Then they called back

She said yes at the start of that afternoon. Not long after, they booked their wedding at Sunset Cove, and I brought my team to shoot it — a different job entirely to a two-person session, and one that needs more than one camera to cover a ceremony, the room reacting to it, and the dance floor afterwards.

What they got

Photography and cinematography across the whole day, blending candid moments with portraits, and a three-to-five minute cinematic highlight film that tells the story of the day rather than cataloguing it.
