Shorashim is doing something rare in today’s world — creating real connection, real belonging, and real Jewish identity for teens who often feel lost, overwhelmed, or unseen. Through powerful mentorship, community, love, and epic immersive trips, they give young people a place to grow, open up, and discover who they are.

This short film was created to capture that energy — the raw moments, the friendships, the breakthroughs, the feeling of being held by a community that actually cares. It’s a glimpse into what Shorashim does every single day: helping teens find their voice, their confidence, and their roots.

We filmed this project on the Z CAM E2-F6 to bring out every detail — the warmth, the color, the emotion, and the movement of the experience. Handheld moments, natural light, deep shadows, and slow, intentional motion helped keep it real and honest. The goal wasn’t just to document what happened, but to translate a feeling — the pulse of Shorashim — into a visual story.
