When Sabrina When she approached me to film her complete risotto mastercourse, we knew it had to be something special. We captured every stir, every steam swirl, every final flourish. This trailer is the culmination — the intro — to that journey.

It isn’t just about showing a recipe — it’s about inviting you into her kitchen, celebrating tradition, technique, and flavor, and setting the tone for a course where risotto becomes not just food, but memory.

For Sabrina’s full risotto series, we filmed everything inside her beautiful condo overlooking the beach — the perfect backdrop for something warm, calm, and food-focused. We built a three-camera setup to capture every detail: a dedicated overhead rig for clean top-down shots, a tight lens for texture and movement, and a wider angle to bring in the space and her natural style.

The goal was to make the viewer feel like they were right there in her kitchen, learning step by step. The course came out exactly the way we imagined — polished, clear, and full of the little moments that make her cooking so personal.
